Angela Fiola — Field Operations & Community Engagement Angela Fiola brings more than 22 years of grassroots field experience, including 17 years working directly with voters, petition signers, and community members and five years in operational management. Her expertise spans canvassing, voter engagement, petition drives, team leadership, training, and large-scale outreach operations.

Angela specializes in building accountable, professional field teams that connect organizations with the communities they serve. Her commitment to civic participation, community engagement, and measurable results makes her an integral part of the Engage Every American team.

Patricio Diaz is a seasoned field operations and community engagement professional with more than 15 years of experience across 28 states. Throughout his career, he has personally helped engage more than one million voters through door-to-door outreach, petition drives, voter registration, public education, and community-based initiatives.

Patricio is known for his ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and build genuine connections. His results-driven leadership and extensive grassroots experience help organizations reach people directly and turn community awareness into meaningful participation.
